Refund policy

You can not return your item unless the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit.


If you receive anything that is damaged, make sure to contact us straight away. Please provide your order number, an image of the damaged product, and some description of the issues with the planner. Your item must be reported to us within 3 days after your order is delivered (as stated on the shipping tracking site) otherwise we are unable to do anything about your damaged product.


If sent to the wrong address/ location, you will have to pay the re-shipping fee.
