Shipping policy

Estimated dispatch: We are a very small team- just being me at the moment, so dispatching orders will take between 1-4 business days for normal postage, (I will try to get them to you as soon as possible).Our planner orders may take a little longer to get out because of high demand- so please bear with us there, you will receive your order as soon as possible. 

 

Delivery information:

Delivery is available Australia-wide and New Zealand (for cards only at the moment), shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping is complimentary for orders over $100 and will be applied automatically.

We offer free local shipping to some areas around Adelaide that are near us. If you live closer to the Adelaide region and your address doesn't qualify for free delivery, please contact us by email and we will do our best to try and sort something out.

For standard shipping, please allow 2-6 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas and 3-8 business days for more regional areas within Australia (including NT and WA). For New Zealand, please allow 4-10+ business days.

Express shipping is available and calculated at checkout- due to the weight of your order. Express orders are typically delivered in 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas and within 2-4 business days for regional locations.

As these are the expected shipping times, please be aware that it could take longer, which is unfortunately out of our hands. If your package arrival has exceeded the estimated time please get in contact with us via email and make sure you include your name and order number. We can then contact the freight companies to find out what is happening and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
